Home > About Us > Quality Standard

In DMW Logistics, we have high standards. Our business and services experts are continually raising the bar and drive teams and individual to deliver high quality processes and results. We don’t compromise process with result.

We apply WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) as our common quality management framework. WBS is a tree structure, which shows a subdivision of effort required to achieve an objective, for example a shipment, project or contract. In a project or contract, the WBS is developed by starting with the end objective and successively subdividing it into manageable components in term of item, size, workload, resources, time, and responsibility which include all steps necessary to achieve the objective of quality.

The work breakdown structure provides a fundamental framework for the natural development of the overall planning and control of a contract and is the basis for dividing work into definable increments from which the statement of work can be developed and technical, schedule, cost and labor hour reporting can be established.

We know one slight defect is never the last one and always follows more and more, sooner or later they ruin all input and effort. Thus we self-audit our team process frequently and challenge individual operation crossly often. A defect is a defect and a defect, deadline or result is not excuse.
